We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Associates to become part of our team and deliver outpatient services through our telehealth platform.

What We Offer:

  • W2 full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package
  • Internal supervision provided
  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm EST; No on-call duties or weekend shifts
  • Additional compensation available for providers who are bilingual in Spanish

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of relevant therapy or assessment experience
  • Must possess a valid LMFT-A license in the state of Ohio
  • Comfortable utilizing technology and adapting to a fast-paced environment as we expand across the United States
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Home office must ensure privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is a plus

Essential Skills:

  • Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
  • Proficient in treatment planning
  • Experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals
  • Adept at conducting comprehensive assessments
