We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Family Care Center. Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based counseling and therapy using various therapeutic modalities.
- Clinical Services: Provide mental health counseling services in our office setting, working with clients of all ages and backgrounds to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, participate in regular supervision and staff meetings, and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Client Progress Monitoring: Monitor client progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure compliance with treatment plans and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Education and Licensure: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor Mental Health Service Provider (LPC – MHSP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with individuals, couples, and families, with a strong background in implementing evidence-based treatments for various behavioral health disorders.
- Skills and Qualities: Demonstrated experience in implementing evidence-based treatments, strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
- Competitive Compensation: Annual compensation of $71,000 - $92,000, depending on experience, with an annual bonus opportunity of $12,000 - $18,000.
