Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a Therapist with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing individual and group therapy sessions. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our clients.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
- Licensed to practice as a mental health clinician in the state of Ohio
- Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
