About the Position

Environmental Design Group is seeking a highly skilled Survey CAD Technician to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will work closely with our team to complete a variety of projects, including aerial mapping control, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, and more.

Your primary responsibilities will include operating and maintaining survey instrumentation and data collection equipment, preparing and loading the assigned work vehicle for daily assignments, and using basic math skills to calculate distances, road elevations, and other computations.

You will also be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software to a high degree of accuracy. This involves researching documents at the relevant county courthouse to verify property owners, adjacent owners, and boundaries established in old surveys and easements.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
