Position Overview:
Kforce is seeking a knowledgeable Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to work in a remote capacity. This role is crucial for managing various aspects of HR, Payroll, and Absence Data migration within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing comprehensive HR and Payroll data migration processes on Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Executing end-to-end Payroll migration tasks.
  • Facilitating the loading of Element Entries and their corresponding values.
  • Generating reports for Geo codes extraction pertinent to Tax Calculation Cards.
  • Administering the loading of Calculation Cards for various jurisdictions, including Federal, State, County, City, and PSD using HDL and HSDL.
  • Managing Default Calculation Cards for employee records prior to 2019 through HDL.
  • Addressing HDL error reports and logs during mock testing phases.
  • Collaborating with clients and functional consultants to establish effective data migration strategies.
  • Creating HDL validation reports to ensure accuracy post-load.
  • Conducting discussions with business and extraction teams to design optimal solutions.
  • Managing data migration challenges during parallel testing scenarios.
  • Supervising offshore teams during mock exercises.
  • Providing estimates for cutover and go-live planning.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess relevant experience or demonstrate extensive knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill the responsibilities effectively. Educational background and training in the field are advantageous.

Compensation: $160,000
