Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity in cloud solutions? Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team and help shape the future of cloud computing.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for working with strategic customers to understand their requirements, influencing our product roadmap, and evangelizing our solutions. You will also be responsible for determining how to accelerate cloud consumption and directly influencing how our global government customers use Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Influence the product roadmap to ensure that it meets the needs of our customers
  • Evangelize Oracle Cloud solutions to customers and partners
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to understand business drivers and assess application portfolios
  • Act as the voice of the customer to Oracle's various cloud engineering teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a solution architect, cloud architect, or similar role (5+ years)
  • Strong understanding of cloud design principles, including security, scalability, and performance
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Demonstrable experience translating customer needs into innovative and detailed product requirements for customer-facing online products/services
  • Excellent knowledge of cloud platform technologies and how to apply them to real-world problems
  • Understanding of public sector customers
  • Strong appreciation of the cloud competitive landscape; customer priorities and challenges
  • Strong technical competence, communication, and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive salary range of $70,400 to $178,200 per annum
