Job Description

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our HCM Cloud Integration team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of HCM Cloud projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HCM Cloud technology, as well as experience in leading and delivering technical projects. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical delivery of HCM Cloud projects
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of HCM Cloud technology
