Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? U-Haul is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to U-Haul customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operate U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and secure transportation.
  • Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, maintaining a high level of quality and cleanliness.
  • Answer customer questions and educate them on U-Haul products and services, building trust and loyalty.
  • Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring, ensuring safe and secure connections.
  • Fulfill propane and forklift certifications, expanding your skillset and career opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
