We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at Platt College. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical education with didactic education, ensuring a seamless learning experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate clinical education with didactic education as assigned by the Program Director
- Determine student clinical rotation schedules and serve as Clinical faculty for all DMS clinical courses
- Acquire clinical sites and manage student placement at clinical sites in accordance with clinical affiliation agreements
- Share graduate job placement responsibilities with the Director of Career Services and coordinate placement efforts with the Career Services department
- Bachelor's Degree in a related subject area from an accredited college
- ARDMS credential of RDMS with registries in Abdominal and OB/GYN
- Additional registries in Vascular Technology (RVT) and/or Cardiac Sonography (RDCS) preferred
- Equivalent of four (4) years full-time professional experience as a general sonographer
- Prior experience working in an educational environment preferred
