Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that every interaction is welcoming, friendly, and efficient.
  • Coordinate the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing productivity and ensuring seamless communication with associates and clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and financial management.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary medical team to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and encouraging positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical background or experience in customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
