Salesforce Developer Team Lead

AlffCo is a leading provider of facility and property maintenance services, delivering unparalleled quality to our nationwide customer base. We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer Team Lead to lead our team in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, strong leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in scoping and managing project lifecycles. This role requires a collaborative and technical leader who can mentor and guide a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Architect, design, and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Apex code.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Oversee project lifecycles, from scoping and requirements gathering to implementation, ensuring timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, including the review of code, design documents, and integration strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party applications.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and performance optimizations.
- Stay current on Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices, recommending strategic platform enhancements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Proven experience in architecting Salesforce solutions and scoping large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud is a plus.
- Salesforce Developer, Administrator, or Architect certifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data security models, sharing rules, and data model design.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
