Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Inside Sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales and manufacturing environment. As an Account Manager / Inside Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to customers and clients in the healthcare, medical device arena.

Responsibilities:

Engage with new leads through proactive outbound calling to showcase our innovative products and services.
Follow up with prospective and active clients, meticulously tracking project statuses and action plans in our local CRM.
Listen attentively to customers' concerns and provide comprehensive information about our offerings.
Present exciting new products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Determine the most efficient methods to address client inquiries, ensuring swift and effective communication.
Escalate queries and concerns promptly to ensure seamless resolution.
Troubleshoot common issues with our products or services, demonstrating your problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a keen interest in the manufacturing industry.
Build rapport through strong phone presence and actively make frequent calls daily.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field, other degrees welcome with medical device sales experience.
3 years' experience in an inside sales team, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical industry, cellular therapy or regenerative medicine industries.
Exemplary organizational skills.
Proven phone sales skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Willingness to be in the office daily.
