Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nursing Coordinator to join our team at The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in pediatric care to coordinate the needs of assigned patients and develop comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum.

About the Role

This key position involves partnering with patients and their primary physicians to develop customized care plans based on their individual needs and preferences. As a Pediatric Nursing Coordinator, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely delivery of tests and treatments, advocate for patients, and balance care needs with financial considerations to achieve efficient and effective treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and others to ensure appropriate care delivery
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Partner with patients and primary physicians to prioritize care goals and preferences
  • Advocate for patients and promote high-quality care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in pediatric care
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse
