Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as our Pediatric Nursing Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs that promote optimal patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure high-quality patient care
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement evidence-based practice initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatric nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
