  1. Providing professional care and assuming responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame.
  2. Coordinating interdisciplinary functions and fulfilling all compliance responsibilities related to the position.

Preferred qualifications include nursing certification and BSN degrees, but all applicants with a State of CT RN license and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
