Maryhaven, Central Ohio's largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Chief Clinical Officer to lead our addiction recovery services. The Chief Clinical Officer will be responsible for the development, staffing, and provision of services to all patients/clients of Maryhaven. This includes ensuring that programs operate according to the policies and procedures of Maryhaven and the standards of licensing, credentialing, and funding authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our patients/clients.
  • Supervise and manage a team of clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including administration, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, including personnel, supplies, and services.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in counseling or social work.
  • Independent practitioner in the provision of mental health and substance abuse services.
  • Minimum of six (6) years experience as upper level manager in the mental health or chemical dependency treatment field.
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Valid State of Ohio LISW, LPCC, LICDC licensure or their equivalents.
