Position Overview:
As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will oversee the culinary department's performance, ensuring excellence in food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to manage cost controls and oversee expenditures.
  • Assist in the planning and creation of innovative menus.
  • Produce and execute catering events with precision.
  • Implement new culinary programs in partnership with the marketing and culinary teams.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing an a la carte restaurant.
  • Proven culinary and kitchen management experience.
  • Catering experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with institutional and batch cooking practices is beneficial.
  • Comprehensive understanding of food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and email communication.
  • ServSafe certification is required.
