Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Fives in Warren, MI. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze routine data to report findings to the team and create action items for outstanding tasks while tracking results.
• Maintain records, confidential files, and specific reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve efficiencies of day-to-day tasks and contribute to a culture aligned with enterprise-wide business goals.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve seamless operations of Business Operations and support departmental and HR needs.
• Manage IT issues and maintain hardware for departmental computers and printers.
• Assist with badge and parking tag needs, health and safety planning, and offboarding departmental employees.
• Maintain the Skilled Trade and Sculptor uniform process, TMaCS, and Fab Request Program masters.
• Coordinate meetings and tours, and maintain monthly POP 4 Safety.

Requirements:

• Office management experience highly preferred (car dealership, doctors office, etc.).
• OSHA knowledge and UAW health & safety experience is a plus.
• Expert level Microsoft Excel skills.

Education:

• Associates degree in Business or related field required.

• Will also consider equivalent work experience without degree.
