The Intake Specialist plays a critical role in the Community Benefits Assistant Program (CBAP) at Good Shepherd Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth intake process, and supporting the overall mission of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a combination of reception, clerical, and intake duties to support the CBAP team.
- Act as a liaison between clients, community partners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding program eligibility, benefits, and services.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
