Strategies to Empower People Inc. is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to provide in-home and community support for adults with Developmental Disabilities.
We serve individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing and employ a deaf/hard-of-hearing workforce. If you have American Sign Language skills, we encourage you to apply.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one-on-one with an adult who has an Intellectual and/or Developmental Disability. Our clients live in their own homes, and we strive to ensure they engage in all aspects of their lives.
We offer a variety of schedules, including part-time and full-time options, to accommodate your needs. Our pay rates are competitive, with awake hours at $17.50 per hour and asleep nocturnal hours at $16 per hour.
Some of our clients receive In-Home Support Services hours (IHSS), which may be assigned to staff working at Strategies to Empower People Inc. IHSS pay rates vary by county.
