Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at the University of Miami UHealth Hospital Department of Neuro Intensive Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Prescribe, coordinate, evaluate, and deliver patient care through collaborative efforts with members of the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practices.
- Direct and guide patient and family teaching.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred. RNs hired with an Associates (ASN) degree have 2 years to complete the BSN degree.
- Valid Florida Registered Nurse License, BLS/ACLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of critical care nursing experience.
