Job Title: CAD Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAD Supervisor to join our team at Insight Global. As a CAD Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding the daily tasks, deliverables, and performance of assigned team members. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent prioritizing and time management abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guiding the daily tasks, deliverables, and performance of assigned team members
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex, critical, or exceptional issues related to program processing
  • Providing coaching, feedback, and knowledge to assigned team members regarding services delivered under this agreement
  • Gathering and reviewing performance data with assigned team members to reinforce performance goals, including accuracy, completeness, and throughput of CAD designs and layout diagrams processed
  • Liaising with client stakeholders or third parties, as identified by stakeholders, regarding escalation of program issues
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of leadership expertise in a corporate environment
  • 1+ year experience with CAD as well as drafting or schematics
  • Demonstrated ability to develop team skills through personal interaction, servant leadership, and communication
  • Excellent prioritizing and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities and deadlines
