Lead Glazier

ZeeRecruit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Glazier to join our team. As a key member of our glass installation team, you will be responsible for installing glass shower doors, walls, mirrors, and other glass-centric products in residential settings.

• Provide exceptional customer service and consultation to clients while on the job site.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and additions for glass shower doors, enclosures, railings, mirrors, and countertops.
• Install metal framework and hardware.
• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Maintain inventory and equipment with the warehouse team.
• Organize and utilize technical resources to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Monitor and ensure the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Complete and submit all required task-related activities and documentation on time.

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the glass industry.
• Working knowledge of glass installation equipment and all grades of glass.
• Ability to read drawings and/or instructions and install accordingly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Vocational/Technical degree in a related field.
• Experience in the construction field and/or knowledge in custom glass, countertop installation, metal framework, and hardware industry.

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, twist, use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.
• Ability to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances.
• Ability to lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle for extended periods.
