About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Glass Installation Specialist to join our team at Gatsby Glass of Bentonville. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality glass installation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during installation projects.
  • Install glass shower doors, walls, mirrors, and other glass-centric products and hardware components in residential and commercial spaces.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to ensure accurate installations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are available and in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain inventory levels and ensure that all necessary materials are available for installation projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the glass industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Product certifications and licenses required by national, state, and local codes.
  • 25-50% proficiency in product offerings.
  • Experience in the construction field and/or knowledge of custom glass, countertop installation, metal framework, and hardware industry.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, twist, use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Ability to use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.
  • Ability to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances.
  • Ability to lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50-75 lbs.
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle for extended periods.
