About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Bohler Engineering. As a key member of our land development team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial scoping to closeout, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain exposure to our vast portfolio of recognizable brand name clients to build and foster relationships
  • Receive training in financial management aspects of project production, including writing contracts and managing budgets
  • Polish your skills for presentations in front of local planning and zoning boards
  • Perfect your technical site design knowledge and hands-on plan preparation experience to mentor and develop your own team of design professionals
  • Hone your skills in the project management lifecycle from initial project scoping through project closeout

Requirements:

  • The ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • EI/EIT certification or Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in site civil design
  • Proficiency with Civil 3D
  • Single family residential, data centers, manufacturing facilities experience is preferred
