Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily operations on the construction site.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
* Review and interpret project plans and blueprints.
* Monitor project schedules and budgets, providing updates as necessary.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
* Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers.
* Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Familiarity with project scheduling and management software.
