Job Title: Warehouse and Fleet Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse and Fleet Manager to join our team at The Green Air Group LLC. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing, efficient warehouse operations, and the effective management of our vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing parts and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained and enforce proper stock rotation.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Procurement:
  • Procurement Process: Manage the procurement process for all parts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings by securing contracts, favorable pricing, and favorable terms.
  • Supplier Performance: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the availability of quality and reliable products.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and track them.
  • Purchase Orders: Ensure the timely creation of accurate purchase orders and delivery schedules.
Fleet Management:
  • Fleet Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Fleet Policies: Develop and execute fleet management policies and procedures.
  • Licensing and Compliance: Ensure proper licensing, insurance, and compliance with safety regulations for all vehicles.
  • Fleet Performance: Monitor fleet performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Driver Coordination: Coordinate with drivers to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, procurement, and fleet management is required, ideally in the HVAC industry.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and supplier management. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
