Job Summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of acquired companies into our back-office business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discover and map existing back-office processes to Oldcastle APG systems
  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency
  • Configure and implement IT systems and SOX Controls
  • Lead or assist with Go live on IT systems as needed
  • Provide post-go-live support and training to ensure successful system adoption
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in information technology, training, or management
  • Experience delivering business systems and process training preferred
  • Previous experience with ERP System integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and travel as needed
