Senior Director, Human Resources Role at The Wonderful Company

At The Wonderful Company, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Human Resources to serve as a strategic business partner. This role is pivotal in supporting HR strategies across multi-geography teams, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, as well as modeling and actively promoting a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement while effectively addressing employee and organizational needs at all levels.

We're looking for an individual with proven success as a senior human resources leader in a global company, preferably within the CPG, Manufacturing or Production industry. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated business acumen with the ability to align people strategy with business goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with a decentralized leadership team to provide support on all People-related activities and initiatives, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to effectively manage their teams and drive organizational success.

This includes overseeing and supporting HR initiatives across U.S. and international operations, ensuring consistency with global HR processes, company policies, and best practices.
