Customer Service Representative

An employer of Insight Global's is seeking a customer service representative to work onsite in a corporate location. The role will involve handling high call volumes, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving technical issues. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions
- Work with customers to resolve issues and provide a positive experience
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience in an inbound customer service role
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Experience working with multiple computer screens
- Proven record of good attendance and customer service skills
