The Pastry Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for delivering exceptional bread and dessert items to our guests. This role requires a passion for the culinary arts, creativity, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and execute pastries using recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, and pastry techniques to fulfill our guests' orders.
- Respond to the Chef/Manager on duty and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching, as well as lifting and carrying items up to 80 pounds.
- At least two years of prior baking/pastry experience with a proven track record of creativity and passion for the culinary arts.
- A willingness to learn and dedication to food, technique, and hospitality.
- A commitment to professionalism and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
