As a crucial member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless and efficient completion of residential mortgage transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the closing process, from meticulous file management to effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain impeccable adherence to corporate file standards and industry best practices.
  • Guarantee comprehensive documentation for insurance policies, product requirements, disclosures, and guidelines within each loan file.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with Closing, Funding, and Secondary departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Oversee the transfer of loan files to Loan Servicing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Gather, compile, organize, ship, and track investor-requested loan documents promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage FHA case binders, meticulously tracking their statuses.
  • Provide support with post-closing tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with external clients and companies to facilitate a positive closing experience.
  • Embrace a proactive approach and contribute to the overall success of the Closing Department by taking initiative and completing assigned tasks diligently.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in the mortgage industry, specifically in closing operations.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
