Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Loan Officers, including gathering information from customers and responding to inquiries via email and phone.
  • Market our services via social media and outreach to past customers to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless loan processing and underwriting.
