Marketing Specialist - Digital Campaigns

Semper Home Loans is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to lead our digital campaigns and drive growth through social media and digital platforms in the real estate and mortgage sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted Facebook and social media ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad content and ensure brand consistency.
  • Maintain active social media channels and regularly update them with relevant content to foster community interaction.
  • Assist in creating digital marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and ad copy for social media campaigns.
  • Stay informed on social media trends and new opportunities for growth in the real estate and mortgage sectors.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media and digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting and budget optimization.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for digital platforms and the mortgage/real estate audience.
