About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Stockroom and Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the stockroom and fulfillment processes, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the stockroom and fulfillment operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and accounted for.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the stockroom and fulfillment areas.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and address any operational issues or concerns.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a stockroom or fulfillment role, with a focus on leadership and operations.
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
  • Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Pay is based on several factors, including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The anticipated pay range for this role is $17.00-$23.00 per hour.
