  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide regular recruiting reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Assist the HR Department with employee onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Aid with the processing of I-9 documents and other relevant paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Distribute, review, and process all new hire paperwork, verifying accuracy and following up as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Department.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (Associate's degree preferred) and a minimum of 1 year of HR experience, with a proven track record in data entry, customer service, and problem resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
