We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Quirch Foods. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR Department with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide regular recruiting reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Assist the HR Department with employee onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Aid with the processing of I-9 documents and other relevant paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Distribute, review, and process all new hire paperwork, verifying accuracy and following up as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Department.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Associate's degree preferred) and a minimum of 1 year of HR experience, with a proven track record in data entry, customer service, and problem resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
