PepsiCo HR Associate Manager Job Description

We are PepsiCo, a leading global consumer brand with a strong commitment to innovation and success. Our HR function plays a vital role in our strategic vision, and we are seeking a talented HR Associate Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and functional HR generalist support to our locations across the PacNW market.
  • Guide leaders and employees on Company policies, values, HR programs, and administration to ensure consistency and timeliness.
  • Assist leadership in performance management and developing effective pipeline and succession plans.
  • Understand business operations from a strategic and tactical perspective.
  • Design and execute staffing strategies for exempt/non-exempt hiring needs, including campus recruiting.
  • Lead and participate in Market & Region level Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred.
  • Previous Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • Experience practicing HR in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Understanding of and some experience with core aspects of Human Resource Management.
  • Previous talent management and succession planning experience preferred.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation range of $85,200 - $142,650 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility, with a target payout of 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
