Housing Program Coordinator

About the Role:
Mercy Housing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with residents to develop and implement personalized case plans, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with residents to understand their needs and goals, and work collaboratively to create effective case plans.
- Provide ongoing assessment and support to residents, connecting them with community resources and services.
- Work with residents to identify their skills and abilities, promoting personal growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure building standards are met and participate in wellness checks and unit inspections.
- Design and implement daily activities that promote Mercy Housing's program model, fostering a sense of community and connection among residents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or related field.
- Three years of experience working with homeless or low and mixed-income populations.
- Experience in child welfare, family work, substance abuse, and mental health.
