We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at OPC Contracting, Inc. as a Traveling Superintendent for retail remodels and expansions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects for retail clients, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop and implement project plans.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
