Job Description

Dynatrace is seeking a skilled Lead Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in integrating technology alliances into our Partner Marketing program.

You will establish scalable and repeatable marketing processes, balancing high, mid, and light touch approaches, with a focus on creating a self-service model through our Partner Portal.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our partner ecosystem and drive the success of Dynatrace's technology alliances.

  • Develop and execute strategic partner marketing programs that align with the technology alliances strategy.
  • Build a scalable execution model that enables partners to promote their partnership and offering, via packaged resources and templates.
  • Work closely with the global and regional marketing teams to amplify partner presence in campaigns, programs, and events where appropriate.
  • Manage the partner marketing budget to align with strategic priorities and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding the strategy, planning, priority setting, and process for technology alliance marketing.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external Technology Alliance Marketing requests.
  • Developing and executing longer-term, integrated marketing plans with high-touch partners.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including key Technology Alliance partners.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Partner Marketing, preferably within the Tech industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in partner marketing at enterprise technology companies.
  • Proven track record developing and executing successful partner marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with key partners.
