Clinical Therapist

Sycamores provides a range of mental health services to diverse populations through various programs. As a Clinician, you will be a key member of our behavior services team, responsible for delivering high-quality care and meeting productivity requirements. You will work with multicultural populations, focusing on low-income, high-risk youth, and provide individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and advocacy services. This role requires a Master's degree in a related field and registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California. You will also need to maintain a valid driver's license and have a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct behavioral health services to consumers, including individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and advocacy services.
- Meet clinical benchmarks for quality care and productivity requirements.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Attend and satisfactorily complete all trainings required by the Agency, federal, state, and/or local regulations.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California as MFT, MSW, APCC, or Psy. D/Ph. D.
- Valid California driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier.
- Ability to use a personal car with appropriate insurance for all Agency business and adhering to federal, state, and local motor vehicle safety standards when transporting children.
