Wellnest Emotional Health & Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will work as part of our Early Intervention Outpatient Program, providing mental health assessments and treatment services to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments and develop treatment plans to address client needs
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients and their families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, teachers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care
- Link clients and families to community resources and services
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., MSW, MA, Ph.D., PsyD, or MS)
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in a mental health setting
- Knowledge of community resources and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary range: $67,704 - $83,410
- $1,000 sign-on bonus upon completing 90-day introductory period
- Annual $5,000 bilingual Spanish differential
- Employer-sponsored 401(k) company match and profit-sharing contribution benefit
- Comprehensive health benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
