Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend services to meet those needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform Jiffy Lube's Signature Oil Change, fluids, filters, wipers, and other preventative maintenance services as business requires
  • Understand the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services
  • Accurately capture customer product needs and provide updates throughout the process
  • Offer customers options tailored to their automotive needs
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube is essential
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to speak effectively with customers and team members
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the US
  • Complete all required training courses through Jiffy Lube University
