Job Overview

Schulte Companies is in search of a dedicated Overnight Financial Coordinator to become a vital part of our exceptional hospitality team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducts thorough audits of the daily guest accounts
  • Manages all end-of-day financial processes, including the posting of room rates and applicable taxes
  • Ensures the precision of all charges on guest accounts
  • Calculates total revenues from various departments, including food and accommodations
  • Serves as front desk representative, facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries
  • Performs cash drops following established cash handling protocols
  • Maintains an organized Front Desk area to assist the morning staff in their preparations
  • Monitors the hotel’s security camera system
  • Ensures the lobby area is well-kept, adequately illuminated, and has appropriate background music
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • At least 1 year of experience in a financial or Night Auditor capacity
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
