Position Title: Bilingual Client Support Specialist for WIC department (Call Center Representative)

  • Deliver administrative and customer support for the WIC program
  • Conduct assessments, determine eligibility, and maintain precise documentation
  • Distribute WIC food instruments, monitor data, and generate reports
  • Engage with WIC participants and provide essential information courteously
  • Ensure that administrative responsibilities are executed efficiently and accurately
  • Review immunization records and provide referrals as necessary

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center is required
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential
  • High School Diploma or GED is necessary
  • Familiarity with the WIC program and experience with specific demographics is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships are vital
