Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary support contact, managing incoming client support inquiries through various communication channels
  • Tackle intricate challenges - leverage your analytical and communication skills to deliver clear and precise resolutions on support tickets in line with service level agreements
  • Manage multiple active support tickets efficiently
  • Prioritize and organize workload effectively, ensuring clients receive timely updates and swift resolutions
  • Exhibit a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Navigate complex cases with innovative thinking - escalate issues when necessary, accompanied by thorough documentation
  • Take initiative in resolving client concerns and provide training on best practices related to the software
  • Conduct root cause analysis for user-related issues
  • Participate in a monthly rotational on-call support schedule

Required Qualifications:
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

Previous experience in a Helpdesk or Call Centre environment is advantageous

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
