Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and confident leader to join our team as a Restaurant Manager at Ambar Capitol Hill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a large team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing fast-paced, high-volume restaurants and leading a large team.
  • Excellent financial acumen, including the ability to read and interpret financial statements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
