Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Knowledge Manager to join our team at V2X. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide Knowledge Management program that aligns with our organization's knowledge management guidance and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Governance: Implement and maintain program governance across a multi-project IT portfolio, ensuring effective management and coordination of resources.
  • IT Development and Operations: Promote best practice IT development and operations procedures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead IT team members, providing tactical guidance and mentoring as needed, and supporting the Government in setting expectations and defining roles and responsibilities.
  • Resource Management: Balance resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio priorities.
  • Project Management: Provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.
  • Client Support: Support client leadership in the iterative refinement of the IT portfolio vision and resulting initiative prioritization.
  • Architecture and Resource Planning: Define and regularly refine the architecture and resource requirements necessary to achieve vision objectives.
Qualifications
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in any field; high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma and five (5) years' work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement.
  • Experience: Ten (10) years' related experience, with knowledge of management experience and experience developing Information Technology (IT) strategic plans.
  • Working Environment: U.S. citizenship is required, and the successful candidate will work in an operationally sensitive environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
