Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Seelbach Hilton. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including checking in and out, handling room assignments, and managing guest accounts.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information, including room assignments, billing, and special requests.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering, to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move throughout the front office area as needed.
