The Family Services Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Family Support Services Manager and Assistant Managers through administrative, intake, and quality assurance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution and upkeep of tracking systems for Family Support Services.
  • Evaluate eligibility and facilitate enrollment of families into Brightpoint programs, ensuring adherence to operational standards and regulations.
  • Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of data entry within the program database.
  • Travel as necessary for training, to cover various locations, and to fulfill other assignments as directed by management.
  • Support the Family Support Management team in administering the designated program.
  • Help with administrative tasks and reporting obligations associated with the program.
  • Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements for assigned programs.
  • Uphold Brightpoint Values consistently.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Associate's degree or higher, with two or more years of experience in consumer relations, business administration, job training, or related social services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with strong mathematical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to connect with diverse individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High comfort level with public engagement.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and maintenance of minimum auto insurance liability limits.
  • Capability to operate standard office equipment and familiarity with office procedures.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, and move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
